Well, of course. That’s the point.
I was amused by the tidal wave of horror and revulsion from otherwise sensible and reasonable commentators when Paul Ryan was confirmed as Romney’s choice for VP. What the hell were you people expecting? He’s picked this guy because he’s all these terrible things. You think pointing out how terrible he is will turn voters away from him? It will attract their target voters.
So I’m left with the awful conclusion that all these articles are just mutual dick-sucking masquerading as educating people who didn’t know that Paul Ryan is a fiscal idiot.
Seriously: What the hell were you people expecting?
