I edited out all the paragraphs at the start which basically amount to “here’s why saying the N word is wrong”. I made it clear that I edited them out in my reblog. I edited them out because they’re kind of boring and they add nothing at all to the debate. Everyone knows why no one’s supposed to say the N word. None of that is new information. The only interesting part of that was where you set up the little Q & A thing. None of the actual Q & A section was edited (except where you gave the same answer to two questions so I edited them as one question).
That doesn’t make me a “fucking shitbag”. It might make me a “fucking shitbag” if I didn’t flag it, or in some other way indicate that I had edited your post. However, as everyone understands it’s a reblog, and everyone knows how to get back to the original post, anyone who wants to read the original post (and on your own heads be it), can do so. What this actually makes me is a “fucking editor”.

I’m not sure what you mean by this. I welcome any counter-arguments, or additional information you might have to demonstrate why my post is incorrect in any detail.

I’m not sure if you realise this, but typing lots of letters doesn’t constitute a counter-argument. I understand that your case was hypothetical. Nevertheless, my point stands: that you regard the threat of violence as an appropriate response to the threat of a word. I have no idea if you go around punching people who say things you don’t like in real life, and I have no interest in that. I’m only interested in what you chose to type in that rebloggable post on this tumblr machine. If you wish to retract anything, you are welcome to do so at any time and I won’t say anything else about it.
I would recommend you read the thing all the way through before answering again, if you feel like you must. I feel as though most of your counter-arguments were covered in-post.
By the way, blocking me so I won’t see you trashing my post doesn’t work. Nice try, though.
